In Central Java, East Java and Yogyakarta is also still a lot. So safe beef needs going forward, "he added.
Of the data indicated by the Ministry of Agriculture of East Java province with a population of 4.8 million cows currently has a stock of cattle ready cut for 2012 as many as 700,000 of the tail. Of that number as many as 500,000 of the tail to the needs of East Java and East Java's tail out of allocation of 200,000 (including Singapore).
Central Java currently has a stock of cattle as much as 2.5 million which is divided into two, namely beef cattle as much as 2 million cows and dairy cows as much as 500,000 tail. Than 2 million pieces of oxtail, 120,000-125,000 for the needs of West Java and Jakarta while 312.000 to Central Java.
